Measure visit
We measure the rooms, check the subfloor, talk you through material options, and write a clean line-item quote on the spot.

Material pick
You pick the material — we order it, store it, and let it acclimate to your home before install day.

Subfloor prep
Old floor removed and hauled. Subfloor inspected, repaired, and levelled. Nothing gets installed over a problem.

Install
Plank, hardwood, tile, or carpet — laid tight, finished trim, baseboards reset clean.

Walk-through + clean
You walk the rooms, sign off, we sweep up and haul out every scrap before we lock the door.

- No — we move furniture as part of the install. Take small breakables and electronics with you, we handle the rest.
- A single room of LVP is one day. Whole-home installs run 2–4 days. Hardwood refinish runs 3–5 days with cure time.
- Yes. Removal and dump fees are line-itemed in the quote so there are no surprises.
- Yes. We always check the subfloor before laying anything. If it needs levelling or a section replaced, we quote it before we start.
- Both ways. We can supply at our cost-plus, or you can buy your own. We tell you honestly which option costs less for your project.
- Most flooring jobs go on the calendar inside 2 weeks of the measure visit. Material lead time is usually the longest part.
